Drawing Starts @ 1pm

Grounds must be vacated by 6p,

Must be 21 or older to Attend

Must have state issued Photo ID & Ticket to enter grounds

No Pets Allowed Except service animals

 

  1.  Tickets must be presented upon entering grounds.

  2.  State issued photo identification will be required to enter grounds.

  3.  No pets, except for service animals.

  4.  All food and beverages supplied by Marion Vol. Fire Co. & Greencastle Sportsmans Assoc. are not                permitted to leave the grounds. 

  5.  You are welcome to bring lawn chairs and small tents the day of the event, however open burning is NOT permitted.

  6.  Prizes will be awarded to valid ticket holders only.

  7.  Ticket holders do not need to be present to win except for prize numbers 1, 31 and 58.

  8.  All winners will be notified within 24 hours, via phone and/or the address provided by the ticket holder on the stub submitted.  Winners may pick up the prizes within 30 days.  Prizes may be picked up at the following locations:  Guns – Keystone Country Store, 4-wheelers – Greencastle Sportsmans Assoc.

  9.  In the event of an unforeseeable discontinuation of any prize(s), a replacement of equal value will be awarded to the prize winner.

10. There is no cash option for the guns or 4-wheelers.

11. Winners are responsible for the cost of the federal instant background check.

12. Members of the Marion Vol. Fire Co. & Greencastle Sportsmans Assoc. are eligible to win.

13. Anyone behaving in a disorderly fashion of failing to obey a lawful order from staff will be asked to leave    the premises immediately.

14. The grounds must be vacated by 6pm.

15.Marion Vol. Fire Co. & Greencastle Sportsmans Assoc. or any person, business or organization participating in this drawing assume NO liability for any claim(s) of injury or any other damages incurred from the prize(s).

16.Marion Vol. Fire Co. & Greencastle Sportsmans Assoc. is NOT responsible for any injuries, accidents or lost/stolen articles that occur during the event.

17.Marion Vol. Fire Co. & Greencastle Sportsmans Assoc.  will NOT be held responsible for any printing errors.

18.A listing of the winners will be posted at both websites:  www.mv8fc.com & www.greencastlesportsmans.com
